Deputy Campaign Manager

Based in NYC, Open Immediately, Salary Competitive & Commensurate w/ Experience

The Partnership

The Future Project is a fast-growing creative social enterprise on a mission to unlock possibility in people. In schools nationwide, we are pioneering a revolutionary way to do just that by propelling students — and a corps of big-thinking young Americans — to build Future Projects that change their worlds. It's a whole new vision for school.

The Future Project has teamed up with the Executive Producer of Most Likely to Succeed, a groundbreaking documentary that reimagines the purpose of school. Most Likely to Succeed explains the origins of our schools (designed in 1893 to produce assembly line workers) and why they are failing to prepare today’s students. Directed by acclaimed documentarian Greg Whiteley, the film was an official selection of over two dozen top film festivals, including Sundance, Tribeca, and AFI DOCS, and has been featured at leading education conferences such as ASU/GSV, SxSWedu, and NewSchools Venture Fund.

The Mission and Its Measures

This film is galvanizing a grassroots movement to transform education for the 21st century. In the past year, over 3,000 communities have hosted independent screening events in their schools--making this one of the most successful screening campaigns in history. Our team now looks to build off this incredible momentum to release the film across a series of new platforms. Through these distribution channels, we seek to continue building a community of changemakers taking action to reshape our education system. As such, the Deputy Campaign Director  will help grow the MLTS audience exponentially and develop scalable ways to engage, inspire, and support that community.
